Larissa Feuerstein is the Merchant & OPM Liaison for FMTC, a premier affiliate datafeed and tool provider and winner of the 2015 Tool/Service of the Year. She has been with FMTC since January of 2013 and started out as a data engineer. She loves working with people and facilitating the relationships between merchants, OPMs, and affiliates. She also chairs the Coupons & Deals Council with the Performance Marketing Association. Larissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Scott developed the initial AvantLink network platform and then quickly transitioned into the role of CEO as the company took off and started its rapid growth. Besides his passion for building AvantLink, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and spending time in the outdoors with his family.

Director of Digital Marketing
Marty Marion brings a broad digital perspective to Brave New Media. Supported by years of industry leadership in e-Commerce, Web Development, and Online Marketing, Marty’s career dates back to his management role at Meyers Printing Company in 1994 where his 11-year tenure established his online success by bringing the DeskTop Labels business to market as one of the first secure “Buy Direct from the Manufacturer” websites in existence. The DTL website was launched in January of 1996 and the first electronic order was received from France. The online reach of the DTL website extended into one of the largest labeling initiatives in U.S. Naval history.
In 2005, Marty partnered with local and overseas interactive marketers and web developers at Kingclicks LLC. Macy’s, The Minneapolis Downtown Council, University of St. Thomas, Boone and Stone, are some of partnerships he and his team developed. Marty’s Affiliate background started when he joined Deluxe in 2010 where he was actively engaged with their paid search team and affiliate programs, which include Shop Deluxe, Bags & Bows, and Deluxe Services. Marty recently accepted a new position at Brave New Media (a local Twin Cities agency), where he now manages and leads BNMs client digital strategies that expands through paid search, affiliate, earned media, email and social.

Tara McCommons is VP of Sales & Marketing at LinkConnector, a performance marketing network providing superior service and technologies for over a decade. Tara leads a high performance team that plays a pivotal role in developing new merchant and affiliate opportunities, while also taking a hands-on approach to effectively optimize LC relationships. Tara possesses over 20 years of business development experience spanning both corporate & start-up environments. Tara began her career in affiliate marketing with LinkConnector (in 2004) and has been an AM Days Speaker, moderated a Top-10 Affiliate Summit panel and is a Board of Directors member with the Performance Marketing Association.

Prior to VigLink, Oliver served as a Director at Microsoft in charge of various media properties including XBOX Live Video Marketplace, Zune Marketplace, and MSN Entertainment. In addition to holding patents covering micro-transactions, media, and metadata, he is currently a board member of the Performance Marketing Association and chair of the PMA’s Content Monetization Council. Oliver received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science from MIT and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Wade is a 5-time Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award Nominee and 2-time Winner (Exceptional Merchant in 2014 and 2016) and received honors for Best Affiliate Program and Best Manager on ABestWeb and was honored by AvantLink as Affiliate Manager of the Year in 2015.
