Prior to Impact Radius, he served as vice president of sales and business development for Digital River’s affiliate network, oneNetworkDirect. Todd also contributed to the founding team at Commission Junction in 1998 and led its business and sales development efforts as vice president for more than seven years.

As the Client Services Manager with Affiliate Window US, Jeannine works closely with many of their largest programs such as 1&1 Internet, Lonely Planet, Agoda.com, and Ctrip.com. She is a frequent speaker at numerous events including Affiliate Management Days and Affiliate Summit, and is a regular contributor to iBlog Magazine.

Larissa Feuerstein is the Merchant & OPM Liaison for FMTC, a premier affiliate datafeed and tool provider and winner of the 2015 Tool/Service of the Year. She has been with FMTC since January of 2013 and started out as a data engineer. She loves working with people and facilitating the relationships between merchants, OPMs, and affiliates. She also chairs the Coupons & Deals Council with the Performance Marketing Association. Larissa holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Victoria Galperina has been in charge of the growth and development of SEMrush's affiliate program for over three years now. During her tenure, she has grown the number of SEMrush affiliates 6 times to over 20,000 partners worldwide. She currently leads a team of exceptional affiliate managers who are driven to find partners across the globe and help marketers succeed through the use and promotion of advanced competitive intelligence solutions. Victoria has consulted hundreds of affiliates, sharing actionable tips, promotional strategies and best practices. She is also a frequent contributor for the FeedFront magazine, a ghost writer and an agile marketing evangelist.
Maryellen stumbled across affiliate marketing while she owned and operated a business with her husband. Taking the reigns of all marketing initiatives (both traditional and online), Maryellen started a hyper-local blog about things to do in her beautiful resort hometown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Quickly outranking the Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau on select relevant terms, Maryellen landed a spot at an affiliate marketing agency where she managed programs such as philosophy.com, philosophy UK, Charlotte Russe, Plastic Jungle, DownEast Basics, David’s Cookies, Roots Canada, Roots USA and more. Always a goal to work inside at an advertiser, Maryellen left the agency for Restaurant.com where she led the channel for both networked and direct affiliate partners. Maryellen now leads the affiliate team at Jane.com, recently named the 11th fastest growing, privately held company in the United States by Inc. Magazine – and Jane was further honored to be named the #1 retailer. Maryellen is also a member of the Board of Directors for the PMA and was nominated for the Affiliate Manager of the Year for the Pinnacle Awards for 2016.

Robert Glazer, founder and managing director of Acceleration Partners, is a customer acquisition specialist with an exceptional track record in growing revenue and profits for growing consumer products and services companies. Robert is a thought leader in the performance marketing industry with over 100 published articles on performance marketing, strategy, leadership and entrepreneurship. Greg Hoffman is CEO of Apogee, a Performance Marketing Agency. He was the Pinnacle Award winner for Affiliate Marketing Advocate of the Year in 2016. Director of Client Services, Performance
Lisette Howard is the Director of Client Services, Performance at Schaaf-PartnerCentric. Lisette oversees a team of Affiliate Program Managers and Marketing Analysts at SPC, and is responsible for implementing strategy within the Account Management, REACH, and Strategic Opportunities teams. Lisette has over 10 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry and has been with SPC for 6 years. She began her career at Commission Junction, where she had multiple roles, the latest being a program manager on the agency team. She also has experience within the mobile space as she spent time working at Tapjoy, a mobile monetization platform. There she managed a portfolio of legacy accounts providing strategy and growth opportunities for app distribution, retention and platform optimization. Lisette received a B.A. in Communication from The University of California, Santa Barbara. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, two sons and dog, Buster.
Scott developed the initial AvantLink network platform and then quickly transitioned into the role of CEO as the company took off and started its rapid growth. Besides his passion for building AvantLink, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and spending time in the outdoors with his family.

Marty Marion brings a broad digital perspective to iAffiliate Management. Supported by years of industry leadership in e-Commerce, Web Development, and Digital Marketing, Marty's career dates back to his digital management role at Meyers Printing Company in 1994 where his 11-year tenure established his online success by bringing the DeskTop Labels business to market as one of the first secure "Buy Direct from the Manufacturer" websites in existence. The DTL website was launched in January of 1996 and the first electronic order was received from France. The online reach of the DTL website extended into one of the largest labeling initiatives in U.S. Naval history. In 2005, Marty partnered with local and overseas interactive digital marketers and web developers at Kingclicks LLC. Macy's, The Minneapolis Downtown Council and the University of St. Thomas, are some of partnerships he and his team developed. Marty's Affiliate background started when he joined Deluxe Corp in 2010 where he was actively engaged with their paid search team and affiliate programs, which included; Shop Deluxe, Bags & Bows, Deluxe Services, PsPrint, LogoMojo and Vertical Response. Marty accepted a position at iAffiliate Management where he now manages and leads client digital strategies that expands through affiliate, paid search, display, remarketing, and social.

Tara McCommons is VP of Sales & Marketing at LinkConnector, a performance marketing network providing superior service and technologies for over a decade. Tara leads a high performance team that plays a pivotal role in developing new merchant and affiliate opportunities, while also taking a hands-on approach to effectively optimize LC relationships. Tara possesses over 20 years of business development experience spanning both corporate & start-up environments. Tara began her career in affiliate marketing with LinkConnector (in 2004) and has been an AM Days Speaker, moderated a Top-10 Affiliate Summit panel and is a Board of Directors member with the Performance Marketing Association.

Jennifer Moor leads our Brand Quality & Compliance team at Rakuten Marketing, and has been with the company for over 10 years. She has 6+ years of regulatory compliance experience and she is a graduate of National Compliance School. She also serves on the Compliance Council for the Performance Marketing Association.

Kerri currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for technology publisher, Honey. Helping consumers find savings in real-time without ever leaving an advertiser's site, Kerri is responsible for selling new technology and data solutions at Honey along with building the team responsible. Prior to joining Honey in September of 2016, Kerri was President of CJ Affiliate for eight years and possesses a total tenure of 16 years at the affiliate network. Under Kerri's leadership as President, the CJ Marketplace grew to over 3,000 advertisers, 70,000 active publishers, and according to Internet Retailer, is the number one affiliate marketing provider "by a long shot."

Affiliate Management Days is organized and chaired by Geno Prussakov, an award-winning affiliate marketing expert, who over the years has contributed to the online marketing success of such top brands as Forbes, Nokia, Hallmark, Warner Music, Skype, Forex Club, and hundreds of small businesses.
Prussakov has authored two affiliate marketing bestsellers: A Practical Guide to Affiliate Marketing (2007) and Affiliate Program Management: An Hour a Day (2011) which have trained thousands of Internet marketing professionals. For influencing “change within the industry” Prussakov was recently named one of Performance Marketing’s Most Vocal Advocates, making the 2011 list of LinkShare’s Golden Link Awards Finalists. As Founder and CEO of VigLink, Oliver Roup understands the power of native monetization like few others, and is passionate about powering content-driven commerce for companies like Reuters, Maxim, Women's Health and more. Through advanced link technology, VigLink automatically enables publishers to earn revenue, at scale, directly through a publisher's words. Prior to VigLink, Oliver served as a Director at Microsoft in charge of various media properties including XBOX Live Video Marketplace, Zune Marketplace, and MSN Entertainment. In addition to holding patents covering micro-transactions, media, and metadata, he is currently a board member of the Performance Marketing Association and chair of the PMA's Content Monetization Council. Oliver received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science from MIT and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Greg Shepard is a seasoned veteran in building and running sustainable growth businesses. Greg’s former company, AffiliateTraction, was acquired by eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions in January of 2016 with Greg assuming the role of Chief Strategy Officer. That following April, the company was rebranded Pepperjam during a transaction that earned them the prestigious “Tech Deal of the Year Over $250 million” award. The $985-million-dollar deal comprised the purchase and sell of more than 14 companies, including AdAssured, another company founded by Greg, and garnered Greg a spot among the elite in performance marketing. Greg served as Pepperjam’s Chief Strategy Officer during 2016, charting the company’s trajectory for future products and service offerings, before transitioning into the role of Chief Technology Officer in 2017 to better build on the core technologies of the business. Prior to AffiliateTraction, Greg was involved with and/or co-founded a number of online retail merchants, online publishers, SAAS affiliate tracking software, and online directories; all of which were acquired. Greg has served on numerous advisory boards, is a regular contributor to industry publications, and a frequent speaker at conferences around the globe; including the 2017 Annual Tech Summit for Permira, the world’s largest private equity firm.
Wade has been active in the affiliate industry in a variety of roles including in-house affiliate manager, outsourced affiliate manager, sales and business development since 1999. He joined Fanatics.com in 2010 and currently oversees a team that manages the affiliate programs for top licensed sports and authentic sports collectibles brands including Fanatics.com, FansEdge.com, NFLShop.com, NBAStore.com, and Shop.MLB.com.
Wade is a 5-time Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award Nominee and 2-time Winner (Exceptional Merchant in 2014 and 2016) and received honors for Best Affiliate Program and Best Manager on ABestWeb and was honored by AvantLink as Affiliate Manager of the Year in 2015.

Gary Warnes is Vice President of Global Services for Rakuten Affiliate Network and has been with Rakuten Marketing for over 5 years. He leads their award-winning services team and oversees large client portfolio performance.
