Prior to Atrica Chen was co-founder and CEO of Verix, a provider of business intelligence software. At ECI Telecom, Chen founded, led the sales and marketing and was General Manager of the ADSL business unit, leading it from inception to $100M/yr. Chen holds a BSc from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
Global Head of Biddable Media
Jim is Global Head of Biddable Media for Cheapflights, part of the Momondo Group.
At Cheapflights Jim is responsible for delivering high quality traffic via biddable media channels including PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising and retargeting to all Cheapflights sites around the world.
Jim started working in digital marketing in 1999, and in affiliate marketing in 2002. Since then he has spent over $130 million on performance marketing campaigns since then on over 1000 web properties.

George has worked in performance marketing for 5 years, joining Found in the spring of 2013 to grow the performance arm of the business. George got his start in the business at DGM afﬁliate network before heading up the partnership team at Discount Vouchers. After establishing Discount Vouchers as a major force within the performance industry George moved onto Affilinet as Publisher Manager, giving him valuable insight into various models that now make up the performance landscape.

Dorin cofounded and later made successful exits from several advertising companies - online and traditional - e.g. #1 Romanian digital agency (SeniorHyper) or #1 digital printing house (Agrafa).

Regional Director, UK & Ireland
Dan Cohen was promoted in August 2012 to Regional Director at Tradedoubler, Europe’s pioneer in performance-based digital marketing and technology. He is responsible for all advertiser, publisher, sales and mobile strategy for the company in the UK & Ireland.
With nearly ten years of experience in digital marketing, Cohen was recruited into Tradedoubler UK in September 2011, to set up the Publisher Development Team. Cohen quickly established a new publisher strategy with a focus on publisher support and service. The team’s efforts were rewarded with two Publisher-voted prizes at the Performance Marketing Awards in May 2012: 'Best Publisher Support' and 'Publisher's Choice of Network.' Cohen then shortly moved to head-up the Client Services team at Tradedoubler, before being appointed Regional Director.
Prior to Tradedoubler, Cohen held senior roles at dgm and TMP Worldwide, plus a variety of strategic roles across media companies such as ITV, Chrysalis Radio and GWR Radio.
Vice President, Marketing
Oliver Deighton is Vice President of Marketing at VigLink, a San Francisco-based technology company helping publishers earn from the content they create and the commerce they drive. Prior to joining VigLink, Oliver spent nine years at Google where he was most recently a Product Marketing Manager leading key projects across a broad range of B2B and B2C product areas including AdWords, the Google Display Network, Google Play and Google+. Prior to Google, he held marketing and sales positions with MP3.com and eMusic. Oliver graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a bachelor's degree in anthropology.
Kevin Edwards has over 10 years experience working for affiliate networks. Since joining Affiliate Window in 2006, Kevin has had a significant impact on the business, facilitating and deepening relationships with partners and strengthening the core management team He heads up the Strategy team as Strategy Director with responsibility for producing research, implementing best practice and providing analysis for key clients. He¹s also former Chair for IAB's Affiliate Marketing Council.
Sam currently serves as the Marketing Manager at BrandVerity, where he spends his time educating the industry about compliance, brand protection, and how to maintain productive relationships with affiliates. Before joining BrandVerity, Sam served as a Brand Strategist and Copywriter. Sam earned his B.A. with honors from Brown University.

UK Country Manager
Florian Gramshammer joined Commission Junction in August 2007 as sales manager; he quickly moved through the ranks being promoted to UK country manager in January 2011. Within this role, Florian is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the UK business, growing the current client base and taking a senior role in developing marketing strategy and direction.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Florian was key account director at Emailvision where he managed strategic commercial relationships with UK's top clients including B&Q, Eurostar and Sainsbury's. Florian also has experience with global analyst house Gartner where he worked for three years as an international account manager. The role involved pan-European management of clients including such blue-chip companies as Microsoft and IBM.
Owen joined the Commission Junction team as an account manager in 2011 but was quickly promoted to key account manager and account director in 2013 where works on CJ’s largest advertiser accounts.
After leaving the University of York with a 2:1 in Economics, and a brief stint as a trainee Thatcher, Owen studied a Masters in Marketing at Lancaster University where he graduated in 2009 with distinction. His knowledge of economics has allowed for a fundamental understanding of the importance of marketing in the wider commercial business and how to integrate creative elements to achieve corporate objectives whilst being sensitive towards the impact this has on the bottom line of any business.
Prior to his role at ValueClick, Owen worked for London start up, City Socialising where he worked as part of the digital marketing team. Working for a start-up meant that Owen was involved in wider marketing decisions, integrating all marketing avenues and gaining experience in marketing strategy and tactical implementation whilst remaining sensitive to the commercial viability of any decision.
Owen is a keen climber having scaled the three peaks within the UK, he’s also an avid baker and can often be accused of trying to fatten up his CJ colleagues with sweet, homemade treats.

Simon Hofmeister has worked at Affiliate Window for four years during which time he has managed major telecoms brand accounts Sky and O2 as well as lead a team of client services staff managing brand accounts across multiple sectors. He currently splits his time between client services as Account Director on the Sky Digital affiliate program and the strategy team as a Client Strategist.

Graham Jenner is Head of Partnerships at TopCashback. Having joined the company in 2011, he now manages their Partnerships team. In his current role he oversees strategy for the department, identifies new opportunities and consults on larger programmes. Graham has been involved in the campaigns that have won the ‘Advertiser Innovation’ award for the past two years at the Performance Marketing Awards. Starting out in the industry in 2011 Ollie has come a long way in a short period of time. Moving from an exec to heading up the Partnerships and Affiliate arms of Discountvouchers.co.uk he was exposed to all aspects of the more traditional affiliate publishing industry, growing the business from 6 to 40 employees in the process. Ollie then made the switch to site personalization technology start-up Yieldify as the first hire. In the role of Partnerships and Sales Director in just 9 months he has helped to grow the business from 1 client to over 500 working globally with offices in London, Berlin and New York. Now VP of Sales and Partnerships his experience in both the traditional performance marketing space and the new breed of performance based technologies puts Ollie at the forefront of innovation within the industry.
Stephen is UK Managing Director for leading global performance network Webgains. Heading up the UK company through a period of significant growth (Over 38% in 2013) , he has strengthened key partnerships and been responsible for implementing a range of tactical initiatives.
In previous roles, Stephen has managed top-tier accounts across 19 countries including eBay, Apple, Amex, lastminute.com, Disneyland Paris and Kelkoo. Working in the online industry since 1994, he’s a veritable digital dinosaur; he’s held positions at Tradedoubler, Infocheck (now Equifax), Unified Solutions and MIVA (eSpotting) and is a seasoned public speaker.

As Senior Account Manager at affilinet, Dan’s main responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with advertisers on the network and deliver incremental growth for their business, based on pre-determined KPIs. He is also responsible for the development and training of his team. Prior to affilinet, Dan spent two years in the account management team at TradeDoubler and worked in the affiliate team at shopping price comparison site Kelkoo.
Head of Publisher Development
Richard was appointed head of publisher development in October 2013 to build, strengthen and develop the publisher offering for Commission Junction. The publisher side of any affiliate business is vital to the network’s success and Richard strives to make CJ’s offering best in class.
Having developed, and eventually headed up, the affiliate team at Mindshare, Richard brings a wealth of experience to the business. As well as his role on the agency side of the affiliate industry, Richard has experience of management after nearly three years at Trade Doubler where he worked on blue chip accounts such as Apple, Post Office and Gala Coral to name but a few.
Richard’s experience encompasses far more than his client work as he also sat on the IAB steering committees for Mindshare across affiliate and lead generation. His experience and insight from such varied perspectives gives Richard appreciation for the wider digital landscape and how the affiliate model sits alongside other marketing channels.
A cycling fanatic, Richard raised over £4,000 by making the two-wheeled journey between Land’s End and John O’Groats, it took his mind off his beloved football team’s tumultuous journey as he’s also an avid support of Liverpool FC.

Gavin Male is Managing Director of the leading UK Performance Marketing Agency R.O.EYE. Passionate about digital, Gavin began his online career at TMN plc in 2002. A physics graduate with extensive experience in a number of roles within the online sector, Gavin worked his way up the ranks managing a range of teams and then moved into an international role directing sales across the 5 divisions of TMN plc in the UK, Holland, Spain and the US. Cristian is a seasoned professional in the digital landscape since 2005. He has been in charge with the Avangate Affiliate Network since 2008, coordinating its development and growing it many fold both in terms of affiliates joining the network as well as the software & SaaS product catalog. With hands-on experience in affiliate program management, Cristian is currently focused on growing merchants’ affiliate channel using internal resources and through outsourced program manager partners. In his spare time, Cristian enjoys traveling and playing the piano.
Duncan begin working in digital in 2000. After occupying director level positions at both a search engine marketing company and at affiliate network DGM he moved to become a full-time affiliate. Seven years ago he founded Total Search Solutions, a digital acquisition agency focusing on Affiliate Management and Search Engine Marketing. A keen advocate of ethics in online marketing, Duncan has been intrinsically involved in the continued development of the UK affiliate marketing landscape.
Keith Posehn is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in industries such as video games, mobile development, online marketing and B2B software solutions. Helen Southgate is Managing Director of affilinet UK. Prior to Affilinet Helen was at BSkyB for three and a half years, she started in Sept 2009 as Senior Online Marketing Manager for PPC and Affiliates before taking on the role of Online Marketing Controller for Strategy and Planning in January 2012. Helen has worked in the online industry since 2002, with a solid background in online performance marketing working at affiliate networks Deal Group Media and Silvertap before joining Sky.
Mark’s extensive commercial and managerial experience, spanning over 25 years, has seen him working in every area of media, particularly taking responsibility for management team building, project development and value creation. Mark has been instrumental in establishing the growth and strong ethical perspective of the company.
Managing Director Europe
Paul has worked in and around the performance marketing industry since its early inception and now has 16 years’ experience in this fast moving sector. Paul’s well rounded approach and strengths stem from an affiliate and performance marketing background which spans all corners of the industry, having first spent 3 years as a publisher, 2 years client side, 2 years at a European network and 8 years within leading global agencies.
Throughout his career Paul has built performance departments within the UK’s largest agencies, redefined product offerings at pan European networks and helped shape and grow some of the UK’s largest and most challenging performance marketing programmes for the likes of T-Mobile, Orange, British Airways, Pizza Hut, Lloyds Banking Group, MBNA, Post Office, The National Lottery and Monster to name but a few.

Co-founder & Chief Product Officer
Johan Zammit is a technology entrepreneur. He is the Chief Product Officer of NetRefer, a company which he co-founded back in 2005. Since then NetRefer has been Johan’s focus. Since its inception NetRefer grew steadily into a successful international player in the performance marketing industry.
Through various roles : as an entrepreneur, chief technology officer, chief product officer, web development manager, lecturer, internet business consultant and programmer, in his professional career spanning over 20 years, Johan spent his time helping organisations get the most out of the Internet.
For over 5 years, he project managed the development of websites, web applications, portals and online stores that enable their owners to succeed on the Internet.
Johan was an internet business consultant for major firms and was also a lecturer in Malta at the Swatar Training Centre (STC), the Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology (MCAST) and the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC) in subjects relating to e-commerce, e-marketing and e-business.
Johan’s major strong point is his superb understanding of both the technology world and the business world. He can thus make these two worlds meet.
