Serial entrepreneur with 15 years business experience, Dorin founded several advertising companies or publishing projects both in digital and traditional advertising, some of them being now top players in their industries. He made some succesful exits from some of them (i.e. hyperactive.ro or convertor.ro) and still holds minority shares in other companies (godmother.ro or agrafa.ro)
He has an extensive understanding of CEE internet market and is passionate about growing online businesses in emerging markets.

Business Development and Account Manager
Suzanna Chaplin has worked at Freemax Media for 4 years. Her initial role was in account management growing accounts such as Halifax, LandRover and House of Fraser.
Over the last year she has established Freemax Media’s presence in four new countries including France, Spain and Italy. Freemax Media now works with all the major agencies, networks and has established a network of direct clients in Continental Europe.
Suzanna is now responsible for Business Development and is focusing on international growth and developing Freemax Media’s lead-generation platform.
Regional Director, UK & Ireland
Dan Cohen was promoted in August 2012 to Regional Director at Tradedoubler, Europe’s pioneer in performance-based digital marketing and technology. He is responsible for all advertiser, publisher, sales and mobile strategy for the company in the UK & Ireland.
With nearly ten years of experience in digital marketing, Cohen was recruited into Tradedoubler UK in September 2011, to set up the Publisher Development Team. Cohen quickly established a new publisher strategy with a focus on publisher support and service. The team’s efforts were rewarded with two Publisher-voted prizes at the Performance Marketing Awards in May 2012: 'Best Publisher Support' and 'Publisher's Choice of Network.' Cohen then shortly moved to head-up the Client Services team at Tradedoubler, before being appointed Regional Director.
Prior to Tradedoubler, Cohen held senior roles at dgm and TMP Worldwide, plus a variety of strategic roles across media companies such as ITV, Chrysalis Radio and GWR Radio.
John joined Commission Junction at the beginning of 2011 as an account manager. In his time at the company, he has built a reputation for driving innovation and maximising the effectiveness of his clients’ affiliate programmes. He moved into the role of account director in February 2013 and now heads up a team of account managers, overseeing his account portfolio from a strategic perspective.
Having achieved a 1st class honours degree in media studies and communication, John has worked in the media industry since the beginning of his career. After a brief editorial stint on the sports desk at the Independent, he moved to Guardian News and Media where he cut his teeth in the digital advertising industry, firstly as a sales executive before moving into account management.
Kevin Edwards has over nine years experience working for affiliate networks. Since joining Affiliate Window in 2006, Kevin has had a significant impact on the business, facilitating and deepening relationships with partners and strengthening the core management team He heads up the Strategy team as Strategy Director with responsibility for producing research, implementing best practice and providing analysis for key clients. He’s also former Chair for the IAB's Affiliate Marketing Council.
Online Customer Acquisition Manager
Andrew started in online marketing in 2008 after several years in the Argos buying function. Having gained a firm grounding in all areas of digital marketing including PPC, SEO, Price Comparison and Affiliates Andrew became the first dedicated Argos Affiliate Manager in 2010, to then become Online Customer Acquisition Manager in late 2011.
UK Country Manager
Florian Gramshammer joined Commission Junction in August 2007 as sales manager; he quickly moved through the ranks being promoted to UK country manager in January 2011. Within this role, Florian is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the UK business, growing the current client base and taking a senior role in developing marketing strategy and direction.
Prior to joining ValueClick, Florian was key account director at Emailvision where he managed strategic commercial relationships with UK's top clients including B&Q, Eurostar and Sainsbury's. Florian also has experience with global analyst house Gartner where he worked for three years as an international account manager. The role involved pan-European management of clients including such blue-chip companies as Microsoft and IBM.
Account Director & Client Strategist
Simon has been at Affiliate Window for 4 years during which time he has managed major telecoms brand accounts Sky and O2 as well as lead a team of client services staff managing brand accounts across multiple sectors.
He currently splits his time between client services as Account Director on the Sky Digital affiliate programme and the strategy team as a Client Strategist.
Founder & Chief Analytics Officer
A well known analyst and consultant in the analytics and digital marketing space. Author of 2 books (Cult of Analytics - Elsevier 2009 & The Sucking Manifesto (release in summer 2013) Steve has saved or made his clients hundreds of millions of Euros since he started working in the space in the middle of the dot bomb era.
Currently focusing on improving digital marketing and analytics activities across his client base (now numbering about 50 clients including Nokia, Rovio, Marimekko, KONE to name a few). Also responsible for developing the internal competence of the analytics, testing and digital marketing teams in Quru.
In his spare time he can often be found fishing or pulling out his hair watching SAFC.

Graham is Head of Client Strategy at TopCashBack. Having joined the company in 2011 he has helped to establish TopCashback’s London presence. His role involves building and developing relationships with clients and affiliate networks to identify new and exciting opportunities. Graham works with some of the leading brands in the UK, giving him a well-rounded perspective on a number of different verticals. During his time at TopCashback, Graham has played a big part in creating both compelling and award winning campaigns for clients.

Warrick is Commercial Director for Freemax Media - a full-service email marketing agency with over 5 years experience in delivery, design and results. Generating on-brand campaigns for over 650 advertisers.
Warrick has worked in the performance marketing sector for over 8 years, including previously running the client services team as Head of Account Management for buy.at & as Head of New Business for Genie Ventures.
In his current role Warrick oversees the day to day running of Freemax Media’s operations in both the UK & Europe as well as focusing on new business and expanding into new sectors.
As Affiliate Manager for Argos, Ed is responsible for both the strategy and day-to-day running of the Argos Affiliate Programme. Managing one of the largest affiliate programmes in the UK, central to Ed’s role is ensuring continual growth of the Programme for both Argos and their affiliates. In an increasingly competitive online market, exploring new opportunities within the affiliate channel is vital, enabling Argos to identify new customers and drive them through to Argos.co.uk.
Global Client Services Director
Sandra McDill is the Global Client Services Director at TagMan, the Data Marketing Platform. Prior to TagMan she was the Client Services Director for Tradedoubler North West, and has worked across multiple digital disciplines including Affiliate, PPC, SEO, Mobile, Display, Technology and Social for the past 9 years.
She has previously spoken at events including IAB Engage, econsultancy JUMP, TD Summit, TagMeet and A4U Expo and has won numerous awards for clients including NMA, Revolution, IMA, PMA and for herself after being named one of Media Weeks 30 under 30 in 2010.
Sandra has a Master’s degree in Marketing and also lectures for the Digital Marketing Institute on the topic of Future Digital Trends and as a guest lecturer at Bournemouth University on Affiliate Marketing.
Industry Programmes Consultant
Clare O’Brien, Industry Programmes Consultant for the IAB, is a marketing and communications professional with a background in press and broadcast advertising sales, journalism and PR. Much of her career is rooted in the publishing and IT industries and has been involved with the digital media industry, specialising in content development, distribution and management for much of the last decade. Her role at the IAB includes working with members to develop industry programmes for the Affiliate Marketing, Online Lead Generation and B2B Councils while as part of the Industry Programmes team, creating initiatives that support the business environment for the IAB’s members.
Co-founder of Russia's first eCommerce affiliate network, Gde Slon (Affiliate Elephant), Alexander Polyakov serves the company's COO. As a frequent speaker at major industry events, Alexander possesses vast experience in Eastern European digital marketing, doing business in Russia, and affiliate marketing.
Alexander graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with red diploma (diploma with honours) and worked in a number of international market and business strategy consultancy companies.

Duncan begin working in digital in 2000. After occupying director level positions at both a search engine marketing company and at affiliate network DGM he moved to become a full-time affiliate. Seven years ago he founded Total Search Solutions, a digital acquisition agency focusing on Affiliate Management and Search Engine Marketing. A keen advocate of ethics in online marketing, Duncan has been intrinsically involved in the continued development of the UK affiliate marketing landscape.
Head of Mobile
Neil Ranatunga has been working in online marketing since 2004, starting at a small start-up, uSwitch.com. Spending four years both as Product Manager and Affiliate Manager, he was responsible for developing their product proposition and affiliate strategy. When he left, uSwitch had been sold to EW Scripps for $366 million and the company had become a “super affiliate”.
Joining Tradedoubler in 2009, Neil has worked with a number of clients, both blue chip and niche, developing their performance marketing strategies across multiple verticals and multiple countries, as well as managing a team of Account Managers.
Seeing the latent opportunity in mobile marketing as a significant growth area for performance marketing, Neil moved over to become Head of Mobile for UK & Ireland in July 2012. Jason Spievak is the co-founder and CEO of RingRevenue, the leading provider of telephony solutions to the performance marketing industry. Prior to RingRevenue, Jason was Director and Chief Financial Officer at CallWave, a VoIP software and service provider based in Santa Barbara, California. Jason led CallWave’s successful IPO in 2004. Prior to CallWave, Jason was a Vice President in the technology mergers and acquisitions group in Broadview International's Silicon Valley office, where he led the execution on more than $1.25 billion of successful M&A transactions. Before joining Broadview, Jason held product management roles with Netopia, where he helped the company complete its successful IPO in 1996, and also with Nextel Communications.
Jason is a member of the boards of directors of RingRevenue and iFluidics. He is also a member of the non-profit boards of directors of the Performance Marketing Association, the UCSB Economic Forecast, Peabody Charter School, and the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation. He is also a co-founding general partner of Persistence Partners, an early stage technology venture investment fund.

Andrew Warren-Payne is a senior research analyst at Econsultancy where he works on producing industry-leading research, briefings, and best practice guides for the digital marketing industry. Andrew is currently working on the Affiliate Marketing Buyer's Guide which provides supplier details and selection advice for those looking for an affiliate partner or network.
Prior to working at Econsultancy, Andrew worked with startups in both London and Seattle with their digital marketing strategies. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where he learnt the foundations of his digital knowledge by starting out as an independent affiliate marketer.
